Q: I would like to purchase a Wedding Keepsakes and Memories creation. Now what?
A: Here is how our process works:
If we have your information via purchasing on the website we will contact you for a consultation, or you can contact us via phone or email to set up a consultation.
Consultation: The process begins with a free consultation. We'll talk about the specific details about your event, your colors, what you envision, quantities, etc. and get an idea of what you are looking for.
Production: After you have paid the balance due, we will make your creation.
Q: When should I begin the creation process with Wedding Memories and Keepsakes?
A: 6 months before the wedding is ideal. Because of the personal attention given to each order, an early start is always welcome. Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the availability of special papers and supplies.
Tip: If you are having your wedding during a holiday season, or are inviting many people from across the country, consider save-the-date cards sent 4-6 months in advance.
Q: What if I don't live in Michigan?
A: Not a problem! Thanks to the wonders of technology, consultations may be done by phone or email at your convenience. This process may take slightly longer as we must rely on the postal service, but personal attention to your order is in no way compromised.
Q: Where do most of your supplies come from?
A: Most of our supplies are from Stampin' Up, their products are specifically designed to coordinate making for a sleek professional looking product. If we can't find what we need through Stampin Up we are willing to use other brands to achieve the color and style you desire.
Q: What is your design style for scrapbook pages?
A: We recommend an elegant sleek style. Using a color combination theme usually similar to your wedding colors, and coordinating accessories through out the album compliment your wedding pictures the best. We will email you sample layouts and cards of what we have done. Together we will come up with the colors and style you desire.
A: A Once the consultation is finished and we have a clear picture of what you want we can complete a project in about 3-4 weeks. Rush jobs are accepted at 20% over the regular cost.
A: Certainly! First of all, contact me. Maybe there are changes that can be made to this design that will affect the cost without sacrificing what you like about it. Also, you can purchase the materials and assemble your project yourself. I will provide complete instructions. Tip: Gather your bridesmaids, fiancé, or family members to help cut the labor. Q: What else can you do besides what is on the website?
